Our Spring Session Starts in March!

FIT4MOM is the nation's leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, with all instructors certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness.

Body Well™ is our 8-week, results-oriented fitness & wellness journey for your body and soul. In Body Well, you'll get personalized small group fitness coaching, personal coaching and 1:1 check-ins, nutritional guidance, seasonal recipes, meal planning guides, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress, nourish your body, and sleep better!

The 8-Week Program Includes:

  • TWO private HIIT classes/week led by a certified fitness professional with your Body Well crew on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30pm
  • Full, unlimited access to our in-person classes and live virtual classes as well as our OnDemand library during your 8-week session ($204 value!!!)
  • 1:1 coaching and weekly check-ins with your Body Well coach
  • Individual accountability partners and small group community support with the other Body Well mamas
  • Before and after assessments, including measurements, fitness assessments, and photos
  • Nutritional guidance and support, including weekly check-ins and tracking
  • Easy-to-follow seasonal recipes including real food the whole family can eat with recipes tested by real moms
  • Access to our monthly mom-only events, such as Mom's Night Out and LIT4MOM, family-friendly events, and more
