Summer camp isn’t just for kids at FIT4MOM Chattanooga—Boat Week is here to make waves as part of FIT4MOM Chattanooga’s Summer Camp Series!
All week long, we’re sailing into fun with water-themed workouts, splashy playgroups, and field trip adventures that are sure to make a splash with your little one.
We’ll wrap up the week with a special Field Trip Friday—a pop-up Stroller Strides class at the Chickamauga Dam, followed by time to play at the park or splash along the shoreline. Bring your beach towels, buckets, and your best boat-themed energy—it’s going to be a blast!
Restorative Yoga (Prenatal Safe!)
