- FIT4BABY® is a 12-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

FIT4MOM is the nation's leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, with all instructors certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness.
FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body.
The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
The 12-Week Session Includes:
- Weekly, in-person FIT4BABY workouts on Mondays from 6:30-7:30pm at Skyline Chiropractic
- Access to maternal health experts after 6 of the in-person FIT4BABY workouts
- 8 flex drop-in passes to attend any other in-person FIT4MOM Chattanooga classes during your 12-week session
- A library of prenatal workout videos you can do anytime and anywhere
- Printed Bump Book to document your pregnancy journey
- Weekly themes and educational content
- The opportunity to build your village of moms before the baby comes through the FIT4BABY classes and events, the private group chat, and Our Village private WhatsApp group
- Access to our monthly mom-only events, such as Mom's Night Out and LIT4MOM, family-friendly events, and more

Meet Our Industry Experts
Gabby Kanady
Gabby Kanady is a dedicated physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Passionate about helping others move and feel their best, she specializes in pelvic health, empowering individuals to regain confidence and return to the activities they love.
With advanced training in pelvic floor dysfunction and dry needling, she takes a personalized, compassionate approach to care, helping patients find relief from pain, improve function, and enhance their overall well-being. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where every patient feels heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her hiking the Appalachian Trail, baking sweet treats, and spending quality time with her husband, Zach.
She will join us after class on August 24th to talk all things pelvic floor!
Laura Asbury
For more than 20 years, Dr. Laura Asbury has had the privilege of caring for children and families in Chattanooga. After feeling called by God on a high school mission trip to become a pediatrician, she has found it to be the most rewarding profession she could have pursued.
Dr. Asbury earned her undergraduate degree from Furman University and her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She completed her pediatric residency at Erlanger Children's Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident and Director of Adolescent Medicine.
She is both a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), allowing her to provide specialized breastfeeding support for families.
Outside the office, Dr. Asbury enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, their two teenage sons, and their three "fuzzy dog boys."
She will join us after class on September 12th to talk all things pediatric care.
Sarah Spurling
Sarah Spurling RN, IBCLC is a Mother-Baby Nurse, Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and Founder of Mama & Milk Lactation Support. With over 12 years of experience in Postpartum, Labor & Delivery, and the NICU, she offers expert, evidence-based breastfeeding support-delivered with the heart of a mama.
As a proud mom of two, Sarah understands the emotional and physical challenges of feeding your baby. Her mission is to empower families with judgment-free guidance from first latch to weaning, creating a safe space where every parent feels supported, informed, and confident.
She will join us after class on September 28th to talk all things babies and breastfeeding!
Katie Braswell
Katie is a holistic nutrition practitioner specializing in women's health across preconception, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and hormone health. She holds an MS in Holistic and Functional Nutrition, is a Certified Fertility Specialist and HTMA Practitioner, and Prenatal Nutrition Specialist under Lily Nichols, RDN. She's also currently pursuing a Naturopathic Doctor candidacy.
Katie's approach blends ancestral nutrition wisdom with root-cause, functional testing to help women reclaim their hormone health and feel empowered through every stage of the childbearing years. She's supported over 800+ women through her practice and shares evidence-informed, real-life guidance via 1-1 support, group coaching and course offerings.
She will join us after class on October 12th to talk all things nutrition!
Raian Harris
Dr. Raian Harris is the owner of Skyline Chiropractic in Chattanooga, TN. A graduate of Logan University, she specializes in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care, providing gentle, effective treatment for growing families. Dr. Harris is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and helping children thrive through natural, holistic care. Her mission is to create a welcoming space where every patient feels seen, heard, and empowered on their health journey.
She will join us after class on October 26th to talk all things chiropractic care!
Karissa Nail
Karissa is a seasoned birth doula at The Well Birth Services. She's a native Texan, pizza enthusiast, and outdoor lover. As a birth doula, Karissa's passion is to create peaceful, empowering environments for families, whether at home, a birth center, or a hospital. She believes in the way a woman's body can do amazing things and with every birth, she trusts a woman's strength and capabilities more fully. She received her doula certification in 2020 and her goal as a doula is to support you to have the most connected (to your body and to your partner) birth experience, giving you tools to help you know what to expect about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Every couple deserves to know their options when it comes to birth and to feel capable, supported and connected as you enter the marathon of labor.
She will join us after class on November 9th to talk all things labor, birth, and postpartum!
