- FIT4BABY® is a 12-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

FIT4MOM is the nation's leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, with all instructors certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness.
FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body.
The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
The 12-Week Session Includes:
- Bi-weekly, in-person FIT4BABY workouts on Mondays from 6:30-7:30pm at Skyline Chiropractic
- Access to prenatal and postnatal industry experts after each in-person FIT4BABY workout
- A swag bag with information and self-care items from our industry experts
- Bi-weekly, in-person restorative yoga classes on Mondays from 6:30-7:30pm at Sculpture Fields
- 6 flex drop-in passes to attend any other in-person or virtual FIT4MOM Chattanooga classes during your 12-week session
- A library of prenatal workout videos you can do anytime and anywhere
- Printed Bump Book to document your pregnancy journey
- Weekly themes and educational content
- The opportunity to build your village of moms before the baby comes through the FIT4BABY classes and events, the private group chat, and Our Village private Facebook group
- Access to our monthly mom-only events, such as Mom's Night Out and LIT4MOM, family-friendly events, and more

Meet Our Industry Experts
Dr. Gabby Kanady
Gabby Kanady is a dedicated physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Passionate about helping others move and feel their best, she specializes in pelvic health, empowering individuals to regain confidence and return to the activities they love.
With advanced training in pelvic floor dysfunction and dry needling, she takes a personalized, compassionate approach to care, helping patients find relief from pain, improve function, and enhance their overall well-being. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where every patient feels heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her hiking the Appalachian Trail, baking sweet treats, and spending quality time with her husband, Zach.

Ashley Ruschell
Ashley Ruschell is a dedicated pre and postnatal wellness expert with a passion for supporting women through every stage of motherhood. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Fitness and Nutrition and a Master's in Public Health with an emphasis on Maternal and Child Health. With certifications in Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Reformer Pilates, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise, Ashley brings a holistic and evidence-based approach to movement, recovery, and wellness. Through her work, she empowers moms to feel strong, supported, and confident—without the pressure of “bouncing back.” Ashley is the founder of Bump to Baby Wellness, where she merges her academic background and real-life experience to provide compassionate, functional care for modern motherhood.
She will join us after class on June 23rd to talk all things nutrition!

Angela Begres
Angela Begres, LCSW, is a bilingual (Spanish-English) Clinical Social Worker. Angela began her clinical work providing grief services for children at the Chicago Psychodynamic Institute, gaining early insight into the impact of loss and transition on families. Over the years, her professional path has spanned community mental health, outpatient services, and private practice—each experience enriching her understanding of the diverse needs of the families she serves.
With a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach, Angela centers her work on the complex realities mothers face. She integrates an understanding of the biological, emotional, and environmental factors that influence mental health, particularly during the perinatal period. Whether addressing postpartum depression, anxiety, or the identity shifts of new parenthood, Angela offers personalized care that empowers clients through one of life’s most vulnerable and transformative stages.
She will join us after class on July 21st to talk all things mental health!
Cayleigh Alston
Cayleigh Alston is a Tennessee licensed Certified Professional Midwife and the heart behind The Well Birth Services—a thriving midwifery and doula agency serving Chattanooga and beyond. With a passion for holistic care and over a decade of birth experience, Cayleigh empowers moms with confidence, compassion, and community. Whether catching babies or coaching doulas, she brings energy, knowledge, and a deep love for motherhood to every space she enters.
She will join us after class on August 18th to talk all things labor and birth.
