Start your running journey or take it to the next level with Run Club+, our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs.
This spring, we're training for the iconic Chattanooga Chase — a classic, hometown, hilly + scenic 8K that brings the best of our community together.

The 8-Week Program Includes:
- Two group runs - one weekday and one weekend - each week led by a certified fitness professional with other Run Club+ mamas
- Full, unlimited access to our in-person classes and live virtual classes as well as our OnDemand library during your 8-week session to round out your training ($204 value!!!)
- 1:1 coaching and weekly check-ins with your Run Club+ coach
- Individual accountability partners and small group community support with the other Run Club+ mamas
- Access to our monthly mom-only events, such as Mom's Night Out and LIT4MOM, family-friendly events, and more
