Lauren joined FIT4MOM Chattanooga just before her son was a year old. She loved the community of moms and having the chance to get a workout in with her child with her! She is the playgroup captain for the Coolidge Park location and loves coming up with fun activities to engage the kids after class. Outside of FIT4MOM she enjoys taking pottery classes, traveling, and hiking with her family.
