Our classes are designed to keep the kids moving and engaged by incorporating songs and various props to keep them engaged. With that said, if you need to change, nurse or console your baby, please do so - remember, you are in good company.

In addition, most moms bring a stroller and a baby carrier for their little ones. Babies normally start in the stroller and mamas pop them in the carrier when needed!
