Body Back Transformation Sessions Starting January 22, 2018!
Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms only.
Whether you just had a baby, or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help you get your body back. More importantly, you can unlock personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.
Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy. This class is for moms only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 6 months postpartum before beginning this program.

Classes meet 2 times per week. You must be able to attend both classes to enroll. Space is limited. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Full balance is due 24 hours before session start. To pay deposit please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation Policy: Purchase of a Body Back session is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to make a class your instructor will provide an at home workout.
