Hi, my name is Rachel McClellan. I was born in Jackson, TN and grew up in several locations across the states of TN, GA, and SC. Where I’m from, Tea is usually proceeded by the word Sweet, summertime is all about being outdoors, and someone’s heart is always being blessed. What can I say, I’m a southerner!
My parents were both college athletes. After graduating from high school in Spartanburg, SC, I accepted a volleyball scholarship to the University of Illinois. For the Fighting Illini, I was an all Big-Ten performer and earned a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications.
After college I spent several years, playing professional indoor volleyball in Puerto Rico, Spain, the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, and South Korea. All of that travel made me miss home. My boyfriend, at the time, had relocated to Chicago. When I returned to the United States we settled down, got married, and had a family. We lived in Chicago for 9 years, and boy did I miss The South. I’d slip away whenever possible to soak up my Mother’s good food and company. In the last few years, I was blessed to become a proud mother to two wonderful little girls. Adelynn is 4 yrs. old and Avery Kate is 2. Immediately after Adelynn was born, and because I was among the first of my friends to have children, I began seeking out a new set of Mom friends. I happened upon Stroller Strides, went to a class, and was instantly hooked. I became an instructor and knew at that moment that I had found my tribe. By the time Avery Kate was born, in November 2014, I knew I wanted to open a franchise. 8 weeks later my Mother and best friend, Dianna, passed away unexpectedly. She was 55 years old. There isn’t a day that goes by, that I don’t wish I could call her.
Shortly thereafter, my husband took a new job that gave us the option of relocating anywhere in the Southeast. In less than 5 minutes, I knew that I wanted to go back to Chattanooga, TN. Some of my best years growing up were here in this town. I’m fortunate to have a few friends, from back then, that I’m still close with today. Additionally, this town is consistently ranked as one of the best outdoor cities in the United States, and is one of The South’s hidden gems. I can’t think of a better way to begin my new chapter than launching a Fit4Mom franchise in Chattanooga. This company created the community, which has changed the trajectory of my life. My hope is that I can facilitate something that will do for another Mom, what FIT4MOM has done for me.more
Hi I'm Elizabeth! I was born in Nashville, TN. I mostly was raised in Nashville with the exception of a short 4 years in Fort Worth, TX. Although I have lived here for over 15 years, Nashville will always be home to me. I love all kinds of music! So growing up in a city that is alive with it everywhere you go makes my heart happy! After high school I moved to Chattanooga to attend the University of TN at Chattanooga for my freshman year of college. I decided I wanted a career in the dental field, so I transferred to Chattanooga State for their dental assisting program. I became a registered dental assistant in May of 2004. I met my husband shortly after moving here in 2001 and we married in 2008. We have been blessed with two beautiful kids, Nathan(7 years) and Ella(15months).
Hi I'm Whitney Sink! I am originally from Lubbock, Texas but moved to Georgia when I was 8 years old. I graduated from Ringgold High School in 2005. I attended Kennesaw State University my freshman year but moved out to Utah my Sophomore year. I attended BYU and was married to Ryan Sink. We moved back to the Chattanooga area and I finished my Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Dalton State College in 2010.
We are the parents to Emaline (7), Bennett (2), and Nala (8, our fur baby). We love to travel as a family and have been able to visit some amazing places. We enjoy being outdoors and summer is our favorite season. You can find us at the pool 90% of the time. I love trying new, healthy recipes mixed with some sweet treats although my baking skills are lacking. I love fitness and trying new activities that keep my body strong.
When I first heard about Stroller Strides I was eager to try it out. I had never heard of the program. It's been a great way to stay active while involving my children. Bennett sings the songs from class throughout the day and I'll find him doing squats and other exercises. Not only is it adorable but it makes my heart swell knowing that he's watching my good habits and will hopefully always value good health. It is so rewarding watching moms come together to bond over fitness, motherhood and all that it entails, and build a village they can rely on during this phase of life.more

Hey Y'all! I'm Cecily; originally from North Georgia, a cosmetologist by trade, a wife to an amazing man, and a mama of 2 (Aurora and Benton). I am beyond excited about joining the FIT4MOM team because of the impact it has had on my life.
After my first pregnancy, I had trouble losing the baby weight. My second one was horrible, I was the biggest I had ever been and postpartum I felt so alone.
I needed something! My body desperately needed activity. From day 1 I knew it was for us. My daughter does the exercises, we all sing the songs, and I am in the best shape of my life (down 77 lbs to be exact)!!! I truly believe FIT4MOM is for #ALLTHEMAMAS. It has made my whole family healthier and happier. Join us and see what it can do for you!
Hey y'all! My name is Tiffany. I was born and raised in Jonesboro, Georgia. As an adult, I've lived all over the state of Georgia, and I'm truly a "Georgia girl!" We now live in Ringgold, Georgia, just south of Chattanooga.
Claudia is one of the coolest mamas you'll ever get to meet... AND she's teaching STROLLER BARRE for us!
Claud was born and raised in Chattanooga. She's the wife to Kevin and the mama to two of the cutest babes: Lula Kate -4 and Parks- 1.
In 2011, Claudia started teaching Pure Barre, while working as a Marketing Director. Several years later, she started her own marketing business so she could spend more time at home with her kids.
Then along came FIT4MOM and suddenly she had ALL THE FEELS. She instantly knew it was special, something different, and something she desperately wanted to be a part of.
Why does Claudia love FIT4MOM?
Because it's a group of women from all walks of life - almost none are the same, which is what makes it so great. We all come together, motivate each other, sweat our booties off, and teach our children about health.
When you surround yourself with people that are great, it makes you a better person, too.... RIGHT? Come try one of her Stroller Barre classes; she won't disappoint!
Hi! I am Crissy! I grew up in sweet, small town Ohio with parents who were very passionate about health and wellness and modeled this well to my brother and me. I loved doing dance growing up and tennis team all throughout high school. I went to college at Bowling Green State University and majored in Applied Health Science with a minor in Health Promotion. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do, but I knew that I wanted to inspire and motivate people to see their health as their greatest wealth! I also discovered my love for teaching group fitness classes during college.
After college, I decided I needed to get out of small town Ohio and move to the “big city” for graduate school. I settled on Memphis, TN because it sounded fun and full of SOUL! On my second day in Memphis, I met the man who is now my husband and I quickly realized that God’s hand had guided me to this city for so many more reasons than just a degree. I got my Masters in Health Promotion from The University of Memphis and worked several years for a wonderful non-profit doing health coaching and teaching wellness classes to the community.
But that all seems like another life now that I a stay-at-home mom of three energetic BOYS ages 6, 4, and 2. They keep me on my toes to say the least! We moved to Chattanooga about a year ago in search of a great place to raise our family and boy did we find it!
Motherhood can be so much fun and action-packed, but it can also be so isolating and lonely if you’re not in community with other mamas. I was really needing the latter when I heard about FIT4MOM.
When I walked in my first class, I was blown away by how genuine and welcoming everyone is to a newcomers. I felt wanted and like I was a part of something so much bigger than myself. The understanding smiles on a hard day and the sweet conversations about motherhood (or anything at all) are so good for the soul.
FIT4MOM has been the biggest blessing not just for me, but for my kids, too. We each have friends that we look forward to seeing at class. Unlike other exercise programs where I have to drop off my kids as they scream for me (insert the mommy guilt), I feel like FIT4MOM is something I can do for ME that my kids actually love, too. It’s more than just the great workout that I get, it’s the community I’ve found in The Village that keeps me feeling connected. It’s about continuing the legacy of healthy living that my parents began and getting the opportunity to teach that to my boys. It is such an honor and a joy to join the FIT4MOM team!more
Hey! My name is Shana Redenbaugh and I am FIT4MOM Chattanooga’s photographer and historian! I moved to Chattanooga at the very end of 2012 with my sweet husband, Steve, bringing our daughter GreyAnn into the mix about a year and a half later. We live on 10.5 acres just north of Chatt in Harrison, TN where we enjoy our 2 dogs, 4 cats, 12 chickens and 2 crazy goats.
I was born in Kingston, NY, raised in Tucson Arizona, and now have a daughter with two first names! Haha, I’m southern now ya’ll. Once upon a time I worked as a registered nurse, however, I left it behind to follow my husband around to a few different countries, multiple states, and just upgraded from stay at home wife to stay at home mom. I have to admit, I became pretty inactive, reaching my all time heaviest months AFTER I gave birth to my daughter. I took on other projects, braved the competitive world of photography and just claimed I was too busy to lose weight and that I was happy where I was.
Thank you God for FIT4MOM because that was all it took to get me on the right track of taking proper care of myself. I’m still busy but now I have the energy to accomplish so much. I’ve lost 40 pounds, exercise is a regular part of my (and my daughter’s) life, we’ve made so many friends and have found the accountability I needed by joining FIT4MOM.more
