Run Club Plus Mini

Join us as we kick off our next 5 week mini training plan for the Grateful Gobbler 5k on Thanksgiving Day! You will meet your coach to learn all about our training program, as well as your training guide! We will meet up on Sunday evenings to run together as a team at our free family meet up run (families welcome) and also host some speed and agility workouts throughout the course of the 5 weeks. The rest of your training runs are done with friends or when it fits in your schedule! This program is for beginners who are new to running OR running enthusiasts!! We have plans for ALL!
