Run Club Plus

Join us as we kick off our next 8 week training plan. We will be training for the 7 Bridges Marathon weekend; our training plan options are 5k, Half Marathon Relay, and Half Marathon. You will meet your coach to learn all about our training program, as well as your training guide! This is our only mandatory meeting! The rest of your training runs are done with friends or when it fits in your schedule! However, we will meet up on Saturday mornings to run together as a team at our free family meet up run (families welcome). This program is for beginners who are new to running OR running enthusiasts!! We have plans for ALL! Don't miss this experience, mama!
