Body Back Transformation

Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy. You must attend the orientation session on Friday Jan, 10th. This class is for moms only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 6 months postpartum before beginning this program.

  1. Mondays + Wednesdays 5:15 AM @Collegedale Commons in Collegedale.
  2. Tuesdays + Thursdays 7:30 PM @ Collegedale Commons in Collegedale.

Transformation sessions are limited to 12 moms only. Classes meet 2 times per week. You must be able to attend both classes to enroll.

  • Two Body Back classes/week + 2-3 more workouts on your own (or at any other FIT4MOM class)

  • For New Members: $169 for the transformation program plus 2 months of our All Access Membership ($79/Mo - giving you access to any class, any time, any location); it will auto draft on the first day of the session.
