FIT4BABY is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training-- all designed pursuant to ACOG guidelines (American College of Obstetricians + Gynecologists). Each class is led by a certified prenatal fitness instructor and will support your body, mind and spirit through pregnancy and BIRTH! FIT4BABY is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are for moms only.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre is a new class format from Stroller Strides which incorporates movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, the stroller and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience.

Keep getting your HIIT workouts in through the holidays! Bring water, a yoga mat, and a band if you have one! First class is FREE. This is a no kid class. Must be 6 months postpartum to participate.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Strides 360 promises a heart­pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and
quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round
out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on
days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play
with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Join us as we kick off our 6-8 week training plan!! You will meet your coach to learn all about our training program, as well as your training guide! This is our only mandatory meeting! The rest of your training runs are done with friends or when it fits in your schedule! However, we will meet up on Saturday mornings to run together as a team at our free family meet up run (families welcome). This program is for beginners who are new to running OR running enthusiasts!! We have plans for ALL! Don't miss this experience, mama!

Learn how to safely to move throughout your pregnancy and nourish your body and spirit while you gather knowledge from top pre and postnatal experts. Your enrollment includes 42-weeks of exercise videos, birth preparation and nutritional guidance, customized for each week of your pregnancy plus, a private Facebook group.
